What counts as a word?

Words in the finished text that Speaky Box types. The ums it removes don't count against you.

What happens when I hit 2,000 in a week?

Both keys pause until the week resets, or you upgrade to Pro inside the app. The week runs Monday to Sunday.

Is there a yearly plan?

Not yet. Monthly only, so you're never locked in.

What if I want a refund?

Email support@vitaos.com within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full, no reason needed. Full refund policy.

Do you offer team pricing?

Not yet. If you want Speaky Box for a team, email support@vitaos.com and we'll sort something out.

Can I use my own API key instead?

Yes. Settings has an own-key mode for people who'd rather pay their speech and model provider directly. The free cap doesn't apply in that mode.
